Group Workshops

Group workshops are great for individuals, couples, or sexual health professionals seeking personal growth or who have a desire to explore their sexuality and practice skills that can benefit all of their relationships. This can also be a more affordable way to trial somatic intimacy education practices in a low-stakes environment before trying one-on-one coaching sessions.

Depending on what you need, I can come to you, host you in my personal space, or find a space. Finding a space will be an additional cost. I am willing to travel up to 35 minutes outside of Wilmington. All workshops are 90-120 minutes and $25 a person; a minimum of 6 people are needed to book the event. Get Connected & Communicate

This workshop is an opportunity to expand/ build upon your communication skills that you can later use with your friends, family, partner, and acquaintances. To accomplish this, a brief lesson on Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent and an interactive partner activity, the 3-minute game, will be discussed and demonstrated. Participating in the touch activity is 100% optional. But if you’re interested in expanding your definitions of giving and receiving, would like to learn more about how to more effectively communicate your wants/don’t wants, and boundaries in a variety of settings, or are just curious about something new this is a great choice.

Empowered: yes, No, Maybe, & I Changed My Mind

This workshop includes partnered non-touch exercises that work toward bringing about more awareness of ourselves in relation to others. This helps work toward more informed choices, building foundational skills in body autonomy/awareness as well as giving and receiving consent. Exercises include: Centering and Grounding, Finding Your Right (Or OK Enough) Size, Finding Your Right (Or OK Enough) Place, Come Hither, Somatic/ Body Alliance, Waking of the Hands, and Mirroring.
