As a Christian somatic intimacy educator, I provide a trauma-informed, consent-based, and educational space for individuals and partners to explore embodiment, connection, and sexual wellness. My work supports healing, restoration, and alignment between body, nervous system, values, and desires — without judgment or pressure.
Who I Work With
Individual Sessions: For anyone assigned female at birth seeking personal healing, embodiment, or relational growth.
Couples / Partner Sessions: Romantic or platonic partner pairs seeking connection, healing, or relational growth.
Client Intentions
I work with clients who are approaching this work with intention, respect, and readiness to engage in safe, trauma-informed, consent-based healing. Whether you are a person of faith or a person seeking safe, embodied healing from ANY background, you are welcome here. I invite all clients to discern whether this work aligns with their values, and I am always open to respectful, honest conversations about questions or concerns.

Balanced Intimacy Offers...
Mission
"To make love the way we live and live the way we make love."
The skills learned through somatic intimacy education are not just meant for the bedroom but for everyday life. We seek to build communication, boundary determining, setting, and keeping, as well as enjoying pleasure in all aspects of our everyday lives.
“The body says what words cannot.”
We can use touch to connect to ourselves, learn, and process. We seek to build these skills, acknowledge, explore, and expand all aspects of ourselves (mind, body, and spirit) to live a balanced and fulfilled life. Additionally, we seek to equip the younger generation with these necessary embodiment skills in the hope of building a better, consent-affirming future.
Values
1. Authentic, Compassionate Presence
Reflecting Christlike love and care (1 Corinthians 13:4-7, 13)

3. Boundaries
Protecting emotional and physical integrity (Romans 12:10)
4. Communication
Practicing love through careful listening and thoughtful speech (James 1:19)
5. Curiosity
Encouraging learning, growth, and wonder in self and relationships (Proverbs 18:15)

Guiding Principles
1. The mind, body, and spirit are all connected to sexuality/healing and need to be recognized and handled with care.
2. We are not broken or a thing to be fixed.
3. Healing is an amazing journey, not a destination.
4. Faith and sexuality can be integrated.
5. Pleasure, touch, and empowerment can be healing.
6. Our experiences in our daily life affect our intimate life, and our experiences in our intimate life affect our daily life
7. We have the power to determine and maintain our boundaries and respect the boundaries of others.
