Due to my Christian beliefs, my practice is dedicated to supporting single women, couples, or friend pairs in their journey toward deeper connection, embodiment, and sexual wellness. At this time, I do not offer individual sessions for single men. You may do "couple" sessions with a romantic or platonic partner if you are a man. If that is not an option for you and you are seeking resources or referrals, I’m happy to guide you toward other professionals who may fit your needs.
As a somatic intimacy educator, I honor the sacred design of the human body as created by God—fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). I believe that sexuality, embodiment, and intimacy are part of God’s good creation, intended for connection, covenant, and healing.
I also acknowledge that many people carry pain, shame, or trauma in their bodies—often related to touch, desire, or past experiences. My work is to hold space for healing, not to redefine morality, promote sexual expression outside of marriage, or cross spiritual or relational boundaries.
This work is trauma-informed, consent-based, and non-sexual in nature. It is rooted in:
Dignity and Respect for the image of God in each person (Genesis 1:27)
Compassionate Presence that reflects Christlike love (Romans 12:9–10)
Clear Boundaries that protect both emotional and physical integrity (Ephesians 5:3)
Restoration of right relationship with one’s own body, nervous system, and capacity for intimacy (Isaiah 61:1)
I support individuals and couples who desire healing and reconnection—not indulgence or escape. Whether you are a person of faith or simply seeking safe, embodied healing, you are welcome here.
I invite all clients to discern with prayer and wisdom if this work aligns with their values, and I am always open to respectful, honest conversations around these concerns.
Mission
"To make love the way we live and live the way we make love."
The skills learned through somatic intimacy education are not just meant for the bedroom but for everyday life. We seek to build communication, boundary determining, setting, and keeping, as well as enjoying pleasure in all aspects of our everyday lives.
“The body says what words cannot.”
We can use touch to connect to ourselves, learn, and process. We seek to build these skills, acknowledge, explore, and expand all aspects of ourselves (mind, body, and spirit) to live a balanced and fulfilled life. Additionally, we seek to equip the younger generation with these necessary embodiment skills in the hope of building a better, consent-affirming future.

3. Healing is an amazing journey, not a destination.
4. Faith and sexuality can be integrated.
5. Pleasure, touch, and empowerment can be healing.
6. Our experiences in our daily life affect our intimate life, and our experiences in our intimate life affect our daily life
